Saturday Night Dinner
Served with starter salad, fresh rolls and country butter, seasonal. vegetables, chef’s selection of rice or potato and dessert. Includes freshly Victrola-brewed coffee, decaf, iced, or Republic of Tea products and water.
Maple-Glazed Pork Loin
Bone-in pork chop seared and glazed with espagnole sauce.
Marinated breast of chicken topped with kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and caper relish topped with a pesto cream sauce.
Polenta and Vegetables (Vegetarian)
Broiled garden vegetables on creamy soft polenta and sweet pepper coulis.
